You may know a lot of the stuff in this book, but it is very motivating; and it works like everything else in life - the more you immerse yourself in a certain way of thinking, the better you'll be at doing whatever you're thinking about. You can also get a used version at Half.com that may be cheaper. I'm talking about the book by Ron Louis and David Copeland; don't confuse it with the book by Anthony Badalamenti.

FTP Explorer - Publisher's Site - Download
I think FTP Explorer is the second best free FTP program available. Although Leech FTP is also good. It's drag and drop functionality is awesome, but it only has two windows for one site (like a Windows Explorer for the remote site); so the best way to use it is by tiling it vertically with Windows Explorer.
